Whether you’re familiar with roofing or not — no problem. We provide hands-on training, real-time shadowing, and full support from day one. If you’re motivated, disciplined, eager to learn, and ready to put in the work, we’ve got the tools to help you succeed.

🛠️ About the Role

This is an outside sales position. You’ll be out in the community — meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs and exteriors, offering solutions, and guiding customers through the process of protecting and improving their property. You’ll get real, hands-on experience and support as you build confidence and learn the industry.

• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals

• Strong communication skills and a disciplined work ethic

• Sales experience preferred — we provide industry-specific training

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Comfortable with moderate physical activity (climbing ladders and roofs!)

• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
